Observation

0165(2,c): licensor observed a cord in one the classroom at the changing table. 0165(2,d); licensor observed plastic bag in one of the classrooms on top of the children's individual storage cubbies. 0165(3,a); licensor observed protruding nails outside along the fence line in the playground area adjacent to the main daycare space; licensor observed rotting wood outside in the playground area in the detached classroom, wood is rotting and exposing nails. 0165(3,d): licensor observed washer and dryer accessible to children in the bathroom and children accessing the bathroom independently have access to the storage room. 0165(3,g): licensor observed flaking paint in all of the childcare spaces of flaking paint on many of the cubbies and flaking paint in one of the classrooms on the wall near the air condition.
